Post, Ladies Home Journal, and countless others. He’s also written
freelance articles for Environmental Nutrition, Today’s Dietitian,
Family Doctor, Men’s Health, WeightWatchers.com, NY Daily News,
and others. His book, Flat Belly Diet! for Men (Rodale, 2009) is a
New York Times bestseller and he is a coauthor of Launching Your
Dietetics Career.
Milton began his career in clinical nutrition at Interfaith Medical
Center in Brooklyn, NY. He has also worked at Jamaica Hospital
Medical Center & Trump Nursing Home in Jamaica, Queens; North
General Hospital in New York, NY; and St. Barnabas Hospital &
Nursing Home in the Bronx. He has served in staff and management
