talent, a valuable skill that sets you apart, in another.
Transferable skills can be hard or soft skills and you don’t have to
get them on the job or from your education. Athletes often have
transferable skills that can help them in a variety of jobs and situa-
tions:

While the technical skill of being able to kick a ball or making a
great corner kick may not be in demand in the workplace (unless
