A – Duplex – Allows for front and back printing. Select “Open to Left” if the
pages will be read like a book when printed portrait.
B – Staple: The printer will staple your document when this feature is selected
C – Punch: This will allow you to three-hole punch the document.
D – Collate: When referring to printing, collate is a term used to describe how
printed material is organized. For example, if you had a document that was five
pages long and you are printing multiple copies with collate enabled it prints
pages 1,2,3,4, and 5 in that order and then repeat will repeat. This option is
generally left checked.
