When printing PowerPoint Slide decks
There are some different features that are available on the main print screen when
printing from PowerPoint. As a ‘Best Practice,’ ‘Scale to Fit Paper’ and ‘High Quality’
should always be checked from the primary print options window.

Associates may request to have their presentation printed in a particular way.
Listed below are different options for printing PowerPoint slide decks.

Prints one slide per page, it will take up the entire page.

You can select how many slides per page and it will display a preview in the
Handouts section of the printing menu as shown below.
Three-slides-per-page layout: This is the only option that comes with blank
lines for audience notes.

Notes

Each printed notes page includes a copy of the slide it refers to with the
associated notes that have been typed out in the PowerPoint by the speaker to
reference which will then be printed under the slide.

Outline
Outline view will display only the titles and main text from each slide, graphics
will not be printed.
