Color Copy Paper Order Placement Guideline

Purpose: The purpose of this guideline is to outline the process for ordering color copy paper.
Accent Opaque White color copy paper should only be used on color print jobs supported by
Solutions. We do not order color copy paper for color printers located in workrooms for general
associate use.

Color Copy Paper Details
Color Copy Paper is a special order and separate from the current stock that is supplied in the
workrooms for the copy machines. This paper is a higher quality and increased thickness to
provide an added professional touch to printed materials that Lash Group produces for its
clients. When color copy paper is needed, the order should be placed through Chip
Galloway and Toni Treadway at Graphic Impressions.

Paper Type: 70lb. Text, Smooth, Accent Opaque White
Current Cost: .0174 per sheet / $8.70 per pack / $69.60 per case
Storage: Accent Opaque Color Copy Paper is stored in the mailroom of CC5
Payment: Graphic Impressions will invoice us for the order

1 ream = 500 sheets/pieces of paper

*for 8.5x11 paper only.
