Printing a PowerPoint in Black and White
When printing a PowerPoint in black and white the rules that generally apply are a bit
different. You will need to print to the color printer and then in the printing options select
print in grayscale. If you print to the black and white printer, it will not print the preset
PowerPoint template graphics properly and they won’t appear in the slides.
