Once you have selected the printer you want to add, select OK and the printer
should be added to your list of printers when choosing the option to print.
Printing Color vs. Black and White
The first thing to consider when printing is if you want to print in color or black and white.
You will need to know this prior to sending the job to the printer in order to select the
correct printer.
To print in Color select “ColorPRINTER”
To print in Black and white select PRINTER
Note: the network is set up to be location specific so make sure you
add the printers from your office’s network as shown above if the
printer is not showing in your drop down list of printers.
