Select “A network printer, or a printer attached to another computer”. This will
allow you to search for a printer in the directory.

Select “Find a printer in the directory”

You can search based on location by typing in CLT, DFW, or SFO
in the Name field which will bring up a list of printers associated with
the network.

Color printing rights are granted by tech support so if you are
unable to add the Color Printer to your computer you may need to
submit a tech support request.
