a. Complete “Billing Information” as shown in Image 2.
b. Complete “Shipping Information” with your office address. If ordering for
Charlotte, shipping will be the same as billing.
c. You may also wish to use the “Message” area to include the billing code (2000-
0000-491 unless a special supply order for a special project) and PO# (Solutions
ticket #).
d. Select “Continue to Next Step”
e. Review details for accuracy and click “Continue to Next Step” (image 3)
f. An order confirmation will be sent to Chris Davis (image 4).
g. Log out of the site.
