LEADERSHIP
Leading requires equipping oneself with
problem-solving capacity that explores
the dynamics of diagnosing the situation,
meaningful engagement with stakeholders
and factions and crafting actions that
promotes progress. This practical five-
day programme offers applied learning
experience which includes interaction with
stakeholders such as state-backed think tank,
a community in a fishing village, development
body, digital activist, and state secretariat.
