SENIOR LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME
SLP: LEADING LASTING
CHANGE
An international study conducted in 2017
identified four traits that led to the success
of CEOs – courage, risk-taking, resilience
and managing ambiguity. These essential
traits are short in supply across the board
but are somehow found in most women
leaders despite the number of women in key
leadership roles remain low. In an effort to
empower women to take hold of leadership,
this programme was designed to address
issues, whether internal, environmental or
structural and attempt to enable lasting
change.

SLP: LEADERSHIP
PRESENCE
Leadership presence is more than merely
existing in a leadership position. It requires
leaders to be able to think with clarity,
expressing themselves with confidence and
the skills to influence with a purpose. Designed
for those next in line in their respective
ministries, agencies and departments,
the programme has two phases – one day
experience sharing with stellar speakers
from various backgrounds and three hour
personalised learning sessions led by British
Council Malaysia to explore their leadership
strengths in a fun and informal setting.
