                                                                  Proudly homegrown and delivered by RSOG, The Art of
                                                                  Coaching is one of the most wholesome introductory
                                                                  programmes on coaching to executives in the public
                                                                  service. While it is designed with the intention to provide
                                                                  participants with the latest coaching concepts and models,
                                                                  it also empowers participants with the idea that through
                                                                  practice, coaching can come naturally and become a
                                                                  useful leadership skill in managing teams and ensuring
                                                                  high performance.

                                                                  CRISIS COMMUNICATION



                                                                  Effective and meaningful communication exercise is the
                                                                  cornerstone of any reputation management. However, in
                                                                  times of crisis, such routine exercises may be hindered as
                                                                  more stakeholders get into the picture and the demand for
                                                                  information become louder. Crisis Communication, led by
                                                                  Ms Adelina Iskandar, enabled participants to acquire the
                                                                  skills to anticipate and manage emergencies through role
                                                                  plays, case studies, experience sharing and best practices.
