Leadership is a journey and a continuous learning
opportunity. The Leader in You is an internally designed,
developed and delivered programme by RSOG to
introduce young leaders with the opportunity to
understand their own traits and how it can be applied as
a leadership skill.

DATA STORYTELLING

One of the impacts of information technology is the influx
of data. It comes in high volume, high speed, and endless
possibilities. The challenge remains on how to present
the data as meaningful information. Data Storytelling,
in collaboration with Professional Storytellers PLT, was
designed to heighten appreciation of data utilisation and
uncover insights of how a compelling story, backed with
data and visuals, can lead to lasting impact.

DIGITAL BRANDING

The rise of technology has enabled more opportunities
to present oneself. Digital Branding was designed
for emerging leaders to become more aware of their
leadership brand and capitalise on the latest technology
to communicate this. Delivered by Ms Kartini Ariffin, Co-
Founder of Dbilique, participants were introduced to the
tools and techniques in creating a meaningful storyboard
to create lasting leadership impression.
