On-net vs off-net

Depending if your customer is on-net or off-net your quote can vary. On-net applies when there is an
existing carrier network and off-net applies when there isn’t. Off-net can be complex often requiring
digging of roads and other excess works. On the other hand, on-net has the added value of time,
efficiency and less requirement for additional resource. Our site survey classifications vary from 1 – 4.

CAT 1
Relatively straightforward to process, expected delivery period

1 minimum of 30 - 45 working days.

CAT 2

Moderate complexities, expected delivery period minimum of 40 - 60
2 working days.

CAT 3

Significant complexities, expected delivery period minimum of 80 days.
3 Convergence Group will not be able to raise an escalation should the 80
days be exceeded.

CAT 4

Major complexities, expected delivery period minimum of 80 days.
4 Convergence Group will not be able to raise an escalation should the 80
days be exceeded. Recommended quoting for an alternative carrier.
