Making connectivity easier to consume
Convergence Group recognise that there is an inherent need for Telecommunication Network Services
to become easier to consume. We believe it should be easier to buy, change, cancel, upgrade and
downgrade – we believe connectivity should be consumed like any other utility. The service that
people provide must get better and the way in which this utility is purchased needs to get easier and
more cost effective.
The Convergence Group Connectivity as a Service (CAAS) proposition is new to the market and we
believe will be a unique and market disrupter. Our commercial model offers true scalability and
flexibility across your WAN and LAN. The highlights of this model are:
• Monthly contract irrespective of the service – DSL, Ethernet.
• We worry about the bandwidth you need and only charge you for the
bandwidth you use.
• We own manage and are responsible for connectivity on the LAN and WAN – no
demarcation point.
• End to end service levels – connectivity only.
• No more capital costs associated to hardware on the LAN and WAN
• You have one provider for your applications, hosting and cloud and one for
connectivity.
• Per user, per month based pricing.
