High level design provided to the Design and Implementation team. Solution overview provided to
the Project Management team.
Project initiation
Project Management and Design and Implementation teams confirm how project will be
delivered. Design and Implementation documents a low-level design.
Statement of works
Customer meeting to agree Scope of Works (SOW) this includes delivery plan, project
tracking documentation and delivery team. Any changes to the SOW are managed by
change control.
Project delivery
Dedicated single point of contact for a period of 3 months. Responsible for weekly and
monthly reviews, project updates, advice on alternative solutions and any other support
required.
