The College Extension Director Level III Phase 2
a. Perform duty directly under the Office of the President;

b. Be responsible for the State College Community Extension Services, as well as
its linkages with institutions, organizations and individuals;
c. Plan and manage the community extension services of the organic and off-site
campuses in coordination with the all campus and school community extension
services coordinator and Focal/In-charge;

d. Monitor, evaluate and recommend appropriate actions based on the community
extension services created;
e. Reviews the proposal and make a decision for extension grant/funding;

f. Direct supervise and participate in the formulation and design of proposed
community extension projects, programs, activities and trainings;

g. Direct supervise and participate in the implementation community extension
projects, programs, activities and trainings;
h. Evaluate specific extension projects, programs, activities and trainings, and
coordinate with concerned campuses/colleges/schools/ departments and external
agencies in their implementation;

i. Direct, supervise and participate in the preparation and dissemination of
appropriate extension and training materials;
j. Develop community outreach and development advocacy programs, projects,
activities and trainings, to include TABANGE extension program of the College;
and
k. Perform such other functions as may be assigned by the college President.
