In the previous section, you were introduced to the concept of a thought leader. A
thought leader can be found in any industry, even within the educational field.
Previously, it was a given that only “management” may effect change in an
organisation. With today’s volatile and ever-changing world, we cannot leave it up to
people with titles to make the changes. Schools are changing their leadership
models to be more evenly distributed within the organisation. We are in an
ecosystem, and we all need to step up. You have raised your hand by reading this
book.
