Grade Curriculum Content and Goals

Grade 9 Inter-High Internalizing and mastering all Binyanim in all tenses, and use them
naturally throughout the conversation. Enriching the vocabulary with many
adjectives and nuances.

Grade 10 Advanced-Low Acquiring vocabulary of 500 new words and expressions related to current
events, literature and culture. Enhancing listening skills and
comprehension of spoken, everyday Hebrew at a regular “native” pace,
through popular Israeli TV series. Reviewing all the irregulars verbs and
gerunds across all Binyanim.

Grade 11 Advanced-Mid Enriching vocabulary and conversational skills through articles, songs and
literature pieces. Reviewing all the irregulars verbs and gerunds, and
“passive” Binyanim – Pu’al, Huf’al, Nif’al

Grade 12 Advanced-High Enriching conversational skills in various complex topics, engaging in
discussions, and expressing different points of view. Improving writing skills
through opinion compositions using structure words: cause-and-effect,
contrasts, similarity and difference, and conditionals.
