Chef Avi Levi calls a hotline of mothers who give a solution for every
recipe. He tells his mother that he’s looking for a new taste for hummus.
She tells him to put tahini in the hummus, and lots of it. Avi asks, “How
much tahini?” and she only answers, “More and more and more… until the
hummus is neither hummus nor tahini.”
