                                   Lesson 6 How Do You Spend Your 168?
                                                         Classroom

                1.  Post a Quote in the room (whiteboard, flipchart, etc.) relevant to the day’s material (Use
                   highlighted quotes in the workbook if you would like)
                2.  Review




                       a)  Are you working on your routine? Are you focusing on your habit change daily?
                       b)  Who can tell the components in the Scales of Motivation?
                       c)  We also discussed Pain Association Transfer and the importance of embracing pain because
                          with change pain is certain!
                              a.  Who has used PAT to do something they don’t want to do in order to become who
                                  they want to become?
                       d)  In lesson 4 we learned about “E to the 7th Power”
                              a.  Who can go through and name all 7 E’s?
                              b.  Who has a story or who has an example of a way they have applied it to their life.
                       e)  Last class we discussed visualization.
                              a.  Who can share an example of how they have applied this to their life and their goals?
                       f)  Are there any other questions, stories or examples of previous lessons that anyone would like
                          to share?



                     3.     Play Video 6/Lesson 6 “How do you spend your 168?”




                4.   Video Review and Class Dialogue:
                       a.  Share your personal story regarding how you have changed the way you use your 168 and
                       how you have shifted your focus to being more effective.
                       b.  Reference: Lesson 6 Key Words
                       c.  Open the class for dialogue, discussion and questions on this material
                5.  Homework/Reading Assignment:
                   1.  Start making your list of 6 things you are going to focus on tomorrow to be more effective.
                   2.  Read Lesson 6 “How do you spend your 168?” parts one and two in your workbook.
