         Covid and the foodservice sector









          And covid has now been replaced with the war in Ukraine and the food service sector is
          facing huge uncertainty about consumer behaviours, like working from home and their
          willingness to eat out in the face of levels of inflation not seen for many years.


          The foodservice sector has shown it is capable of surviving covid, and hopefully, it will
          survive the coming tricky months too.

           Peter is an expert on the structure and dynamics of the foodservice sector and its supply
           chain. He has made a speciality of restaurant delivery, and dark kitchens and virtual
           brands. He enlightens senior executives and other people who make significant decisions
