What do you do to relax and is there an
interesting fact about you or your
business you could share.
I like spending time in our training school,
learning and understanding more about
alternative brewing techniques. We experiment
with new drink formats such as cold brew and
nitro infused coffees.
Who do you most admire and why or who
is your all-time hero?
I don’t really have a hero, however, I am always
enamoured by people who set up their own
businesses, work hard and make a success. It
shows character, determination and drives.
We moved into our new offices in April this year, the new space will give us the flexibility to
grow our long-term goals in a working environment suited to all staff and customers. We are
so excited to welcome people back to our barista coffee academy, which has been closed for
over a month while we have re-installed the whole school and to make it a professional
environment to work and teach. The academy’s goal is to be the place of choice for new
people in our industry as well as well-established baristas. We run courses designed to
introduce the basics of coffee right up to 3-day City and Guilds VRQ certification, all this is
done with the help and support of the BSA.
