                        Chocolate mudslide

                                                                     quality coffee, locally baked fresh cakes
                                                                     and fresh hot snacks. All served in a

                                                                     (Found) items.

                                                                     craft activities."
       Ingredients

           Kokoa collection Ecuador 70% hot chocolate x3 tablets.
       “Ecuador’s wonderful Arriba Nacional beans grow above the Guayas River, to produce this classic and
       delicate hot chocolate. It is both classically bittersweet and gently delicate, bringing amazingly balanced
       floral taste”

           Adnams Cream Liqueur, 25ml.
       “Creamy and indulgent, with notes of fresh fallen orchard apple fruit, vanilla, cinnamon and warming
       oak wood spice. Velvety smooth and luxurious”

           English spirit coffee liqueur, 25ml.
       “We distil our bespoke blend of arabica beans with our creamy sugar beet vodka, before pairing with a
       slow cooked sous vide blend, to grab every last note of aromatic, fruity, malt-creamy goodness”

           Vanilla ice cream, 1 scoop       Method


                                               Melt 3 portion tablets of Kokoa Collection in 25ml hot water.
                                               Add  all  ingredients  to  an  ice-filled  shaker  and  shake
                                               thoroughly
                                               Strain with a hawthorn strainer into a martini glass
                                               Garnish with chocolate dust and a chocolate biscuit
