                     Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Maintenance


                                          Daily - end of shift


         Backflush group heads with water and detergent (where applicable)
         Purge and clean steam wands after every use to prevent milk residue buildup

         Wipe down the machine's exterior to remove coffee grounds and spills

         Empty and rinse the drip trays and waste bins and

         Ensure direct plumbing is functioning properly.





                                                      Weekly

         Deep-clean portafilters, baskets, and shower screens by soaking them in a

         detergent solution

         Remove and clean group head dispersion screens to prevent coffee oil buildup
         Check the steam wand tips for blockages and clear them with a pin if necessary

         Inspect and clean grinder burrs to maintain espresso consistency and

         Wipe and check external machine panels for wear or damage.




                                                    Monthly


          Inspect and replace group head gaskets if portafilters don't seal properly

          Change water filters to prevent scale buildup inside the boiler and
          Test steam pressure and valve efficiency to ensure proper function.
