Espresso machines: learning from the past and
building for the future.
So -what’s around the next
corner for Fracino?
“Well- we’ve seen the explosion of craft coffee roasters, and just like micro-breweries
and craft bakeries, we expect the theatre, sounds and smell of coffee roasting to
become an even bigger part of coffee shop theatre. We have developed a counter top
micro coffee roaster that shows the roasting coffee beans ‘dancing’ in hot air- a
recognised ‘clean’ and energy efficient way to roast - and expect demand to increase
this year as the trend develops. We also understand the chronic recruitment
challenges of coffee shops and later this year after almost three years of research we
will launch our first ‘touch screen’ bean to cup machine to the UK market, using an
innovative fresh milk system for barista-quality results. We have developed the system
to be super reliable and thus will support it with industry leading service packages.
Lastly, we seen growth in customisation requests. We’ve always worked closely with
local specialist finish manufacturers from the automotive industry, and having all the
in-house kit, we can offer great flexibility and affordability. We recently made special
colour finishes and illuminated panels for The Real Eating Company”
So Fracino clearly maintains a commitment to
building stylish, functional coffee machines that
are built to last. No matter their future
developments – and there some exciting plans
in process - they seem equally committed to
generating catering businesses profit by
delivering coffee pleasure whilst mindful of
protecting our planet. It’s clear they’re here to
stay- responsibly. Perhaps like perfect
espresso, it’s all about balance that leaves a
sweet taste in your mouth afterwards.
