You Can Make Movie Magic
Presented By: Lynn Hadley and Jennifer Dumas
Target Audience: Middle School and High School
Since I've started making assignment movies, I've been able to cut dramatically back on my help sessions, especially for
asynchronous students. Jennifer demonstrates using Screencast and I demonstrate using Snaggit. We show other tools such
as Microsoft Movie Maker. We demonstrate how to make movies on how to do your assignments. There are many tools in
the YouTube tool box for movie makers. Use movies to show and tell how to do a difficult assignment. This should be fun for
participants. The goal is for teachers to create a movie for one of their assignments.
