Meditation expands the capacity for connection, courage, insight, creativity, and compassion. Learn the basic steps of a
practical and applied form of mediation based on the concept of "coherence." We will review two practices that have been
used in school districts to achieve academic goals. In our session, we will experience two brief but effective meditations that
can easily be incorporated into your teaching day.

Making the Most of Microsoft One Note

If you are one of those people constantly looking for a pen, or you are lost under an endless amount of sticky notes,
notepads, and “to do” lists on your desk, it may be a good idea to start using OneNote. Microsoft has taken the idea of taking
notes and turned it into a highly functional information management program. If you frequently copy and paste information
over and over for many different things, OneNote is a great place to organize your information. Consider having pages for
Support Desk information so you can copy and paste it directly to your students, your email signature, HR and time off, “how
                                                        to” notes, etc…
