To remind team members about the value of the BE
education and create more efficiency for our ORM
teams, we provided an update on how to sign up.
As Andrew himself acknowledged, we won’t always
get it right the first time. A malfunctioning link gave us
an opportunity to show our team members how to
make a fast, gracious comeback when something goes
wrong — and got everyone smiling again.
Note: BE educational courses are now available through Workday Learning, which replaced LMS in 2019.
