MESSAGING
Our BE Wow video contest, which launched November 2018, encouraged team members to record
videos of how their communities go Beyond Expectations, then share them on the BE Wow Yammer
page. The winning submission was the Coralina Apartments.
In March, we expanded the campaign to our residents, asking them to send photos of what makes them
say WOW about their community. Residents submitted a total of 2,000 photos, which entered them into
a drawing to win $1,000.
