                                                                                                                              Creating the BE Experience




                                                                                                          In addition to the coffee setup, communities should have
                                                                                                          additional offerings of both food and non-coffee beverages
                                                                                                          to appeal to residents, prospects, and guests. Options
                                                                                                          may include:



                                                                                                          •   Infused waters, teas, and ciders displayed alongside the
                                                                                                              coffee hospitality setup; these beverages should include
                                                                                                              fresh ice and fresh fruit and/or herbs

                                                                                                          •   A bowl of apples, premium chocolates, and/or other
                                                                                                              individually wrapped candy to provide a welcoming touch

                                                                                                          •   Community branded or regular bottled water that’s either
                                                                                                              displayed cold or available on demand
