A brief overview of the new Guest

    Reservation System program






     The Guest Reservation System (GRS) will improve the way we price, offer, and
     distribute inventory as well as how we engage your guests — making it even
     more rewarding to book direct. At your hotel, GRS will continue transforming the

     way we do business - streamlining countless business processes - enabling you
     to spend more time doing what you do best, creating great hotels guests love.

     The new functionality will be delivered to you as it is developed, starting with a
     new User Experience to replace the core functionality of HOLIDEX Plus looking

     ahead, followed by a new Guest Experience in 2018 which is expected to
     include enhanced revenue-driving capabilities. Additional features and
     functionality will be implemented over time.

             Improved hotel user experience for greater efficiency and ease of use.

             Solid infrastructure and cloud data storage through which we can “future proof” our
               business as interconnected data becomes ever more important for revenue

             Increased flexibility in the GRS platform, allowing us to plug and play with new and
