Who will be at the hotel during BETA?

Who will be at the Beta hotel from Corporate?

Your Hotel Advocate will be the main gatekeeper on the ground during Beta
Testing. They will have a daily/weekly roster of planned visits.

How many people will be at our hotel?

For the first few weeks expect:

Testing specialists 1 daily for the first 2 weeks
Implementation specialists 1-2 daily
Training specialists 1 daily

Additional visitors to be scheduled include:

 Usability and user experience
 Europe Region Implementation Lead
 GRS development

Our goal is to keep the number of people
at the hotel manageable and purposeful.

We appreciate the amount of focus and
dedication it will take, especially in the early
days. We want to minimize your distractions.
