Meet the Europe GRS Team

OSCAR CRUZ GARCIA
IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER – GRS, EUROPE
JOINED IHG 2012

Oscar started with IHG almost 5 year ago. During the first 4 years with IHG he was hotel based in different roles
inside the reservation department. In 2016, he joined the Central Revenue team as Revenue Support
Executive, helping the Revenue Manager community to use our systems the best possible way. Before joining
the hospitality industry, Oscar worked in different roles in IT, testing and supporting the implementation of the
Spanish hospitals A&E software.
Oscar has an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science from Seville University and is married-ish without
children.

JANE DAWKINS
REGIONAL IMPLEMENTATION COORDINATOR – EUROPE GRS
JOINED IHG 2008

With a background working for food and petrochemical companies in various PA/ Secretarial, Office Manager
roles, Jane joined IHG in 2008 as PA to the Head of Revenue Management. Since joining Jane’s role has
evolved and changed and she had a secondment to Brand helping with the HIEX Next Gen project and the HI
New Guest Room project.
Jane has a toddler that would give any teenager a run for their money!
