What does it mean to be a BETA hotel?

As the first hotel in Europe on the new GRS,

you will have

 Guaranteed participation in the Grand User Acceptance testing where
you will be trained on the GRS

 Dedicated Implementation Team to take you through all the steps of
migrating from Holidex®Plus to GRS prior to and during the six weeks of
Beta

 On-site support 24/7 for the first 7 days and 8 hours per day for next 7
days (remote)
 On-site trainers sitting side by side with you for the first week

 On-site testing specialists sitting side by side with you during the first
few weeks and available on-site through out Beta

 Assigned daily IHG Hotel Advocate to be your point person at the hotel
and to minimize disruption by scheduling IHG visits to the hotel

we ask that you:

 Provide real-time feedback to the on-site team to help shape the
program rollout for other hotels.
 Be responsible for specific Beta processes including a period of dual-
entry in GRS and Holidex® Plus.
