What if someone asks about BETA?

What if someone asks me about Beta?

While we hope that no one outside of IHG, the vendor, and you know about the
Beta Test, it is possible that despite our best efforts information may become
public. We ask that you do not respond to any external questions.

Any requests or inquiries from the media should be deferred to your IHG
contact (Implementation Lead or Hotel Advocate).

If you are asked about Beta and you are not sure if that person is part of the
IHG team, ask your Hotel Advocate. All IHG employees visiting the Beta hotel
will have signed an NDA.

Reminder

 Your Implementation Lead is your contact for any questions prior to
BETA.

 Your on-site Hotel Advocate is your contact for any questions
during BETA.

 Your Hotel Advocate will schedule any IHG employee site visits to
ensure visitors adhere to the NDA.

 Please refer any questions from non-hotel employees (guests,
public, vendors) about the program to the Hotel Advocate or
Implementation Lead (prior to migration).

 IHG will coordinate all internal and external communications on
behalf of the hotel.
