                  Planning for the unforeseen:


                  As preparation for “Being BETA”, consider how you will
                  handle the following scenarios:



                   In the event that your GRS Champion is unwell or unable
                     to come to work, who is the back up for your Hotel
                     Contact?


                   In the event of personal emergencies for Beta-involved
                     employees short-term absences, who will be the back
                     up?



                   In the event of a leave of absence of or resignation of any
                     of the Beta-involved employees, who will be the back up?


                   In the event you hire a new employee(s) whom you would
                     like to include as Beta-involved employee(s), what would
                     you require for their onboarding?


                   In the event of a natural or man-caused disaster
                     impacting your hotel, what would be your course of
                     action?
