HOTEL TESTING

As the Beta hotel you will participate in two key stages of GRS
training:

 Business Process Test alongside many users from
Corporate and other hotels
March 2017

 BETA Test
July, 2017 – 8 weeks

Validate pieces of functionality delivered from vendor

Validate the integration within IHG applications

Validate end to end business flows: data flowing into/out of GRS

Validate system technical performance for speed, response and
volume

Validate the ability to move data from Holidex to GRS

Validate the business processes and workflows for all user roles

Validate the migration and implementation of a single hotel
to production
Testing completed or
already underway by IHG
