BETA Hotel Training Overview

The BETA hotels will be participating in Grand UAT. During this period you will

receive instruction in the system overview, functionality and procedures with
scripts and scenarios. This training and testing will be at the IHG Atlanta office.

IHG will be attending and observing Grand UAT to identify any gaps that can be
addressed with 1:1 on-site training. Since 70% of learning happens on-the-job, it
is expected that anyone from the BETA hotel that attends Grand UAT will help to
train other on-property system users during scheduled shifts (OJT).

After Grand UAT, the plan is for a hands-on training session for the hotel team.

The training will be 1:1 workshop style using a test/training environment
