Hotel Activity:  Providing feedback for

    Training







      As the Beta Hotel, we will ask you to provide feedback about the training you
      receive as well as on the GRS On-Line Help feature.



      Throughout the process the Training Lead will be on-site to provide 1:1 training
      as well as gather 1:1 feedback on the training.  We will be collecting feedback
      throughout BETA.  At the conclusion of BETA, a 1:1 exit interview will be
      conducted.


      As a result of your input, updates to training approach and materials will be
      made based on your documented feedback and our observations during the first
      two weeks of BETA.  Updates may include content changes, creation of
      additional training components to address any “knowing” or “doing” gaps.



      Your honest and thoughtful feedback will help make training better for other
      hotels around the world
