Testing:
Grand UAT participation prior to BETA
The purpose of this test is
to validate the role based IHG business processes for reservation and
inventory management against the GRS platform and all of IHG’s
Ecosystems
to validate that the GRS is fit for purpose and it can support user scenarios
and day to day business
GRAND UAT CHECKLIST
Pre-BETA Business Process Testing
Receive Business Process testing communication (January 2017)
Identify hotel associates to participate (currently using Holidex in their
roles)
Participate in kick off for Business Process testing: Estimated 1-2 hour
meeting/call to review the GRS navigation for your specific role
(February 2017)
Review schedule for testing times and logistics
Participate in hints and tips training on areas where capabilities have
changed (processes or procedures)
Participate in Business Process workflows using test scripts provided
by the testing team (Mid-February to mid-March 2017)
