DATA PREPARATION CHECKLIST

In preparation for the data move from Holidex to the GRS the following
data clean up tasks are required. Over time data ages and may become
inconsistent, duplicated, no longer necessary or rarely used.

 Deactivate outdated rate codes and categories in Holidex

 Prepare for data migration through HOLIDEX Clean-up process by
XX/XX/2017

In advanced of the GRS, IHG Corporate has undertaken a global clean up of
Holidex. Activities completed or near completion include:
Reviewed key data
 Rate Codes and Categories
 Room Type Codes and Descriptions
 Channels and Sell Strategies
 GTD and CXL Policies
 Taxes
 Guest Data
 Service Codes

Reviewed Regional Standard Operating Procedures and Best Practices.
Example activities at the Corporate level:
 Identifying the smoking/non-smoking discrepancies at hotels
 Sorting the ADA room type inconsistencies across room types
