24 HOUR CHECKLIST

24 hours prior to Cutover, Holidex®Plus admin privileges
24 are disabled to prevent corruption of data ahead of
hrs migration. You will not be able to make any changes in
Holidex for any reason

Your implementation team will

 Verify all data migration on your behalf
 Create the file from Holidex to migrate

No earlier than 4 hours before but prior to 10pm
4 migration
hrs  Run the night audit
 Run and print any needed reports and checklists
(arrivals, departures, accounting reports etc.)
 Ensure all reports from Holidex are complete
