24 HOUR CHECKLIST

At 10pm the interface to Holidex®Plus closes and the migration
GO process begins

Once the migration process is complete
 We will run the verification process (aka “business checkout”)
to establish that all data has been successfully migrated from
Holidex to GRS
 We will run a script in Opera to wipe out all references to
Holidex
 Opera will be connected only to GRS even though doing
dual entry

 Revenue Management systems point to GRS
 Reservations will flow to both Holidex and GRS however
only the GRS is connected to the PMS
 We will be on-site and will restart the interface and assist in
inventory balancing
