BETA Testing – On Site during BETA

The Testing Lead will be on-site at the time of “Go-Live” and for a week
afterwards. They will also be on-call throughout BETA Test

 Testing “in production”: As a BETA hotel you will be live in the production
environment. Therefore any identified defects will be created as tickets in

the support system. Further information in Support section

 During the first week the Testing Lead will assist you in vetting any issues
and determining whether or not a system defect has occurred. The Testing
Lead will put in the ticket together with you in Service Now

 After the first week, you will open your own tickets in Service Now.

BETA TESTING

Some functions the BETA testers will be
expected to perform are :

• Create Group Block from PMS
• Search and retrieve Group Block from Booking Tool
• Search Multi Property Availability using Booking Tool
• Retrieve Available Rooms by room type using CRO
• Retrieve Inventory from PMS
• Create or Update Negotiated Rates
• Modify Reservations using PMS
