Soror Sandra K. Walls





                                                Sandra K. Walls is the President and Chief Executive Officer for AVPOL
                                                International LLC dba AIL.  Under her leadership, she is responsible for the day-
                                                to-day operations and management of the company.  Since assuming full control
                                                and ownership of the company in June 2004, corporate revenues tripled, earning
                                                her company’s nomination as one of the fastest growing companies in the United
                                                States by INC 5000, ICIC, and Diversity.Com. A native Memphian, Ms. Walls
                                                attended public schools, graduating from Manassas High School in 1968.  She
                                                attended and graduated from LeMoyne-Owen College, a Historical Black College
                                                and University (HBCU) located in Memphis, Tennessee, earning her Bachelors
                                                Degree in Economics in 1972.  Ms. Walls later earned two Masters Degrees.
                                                While on active military duty, she earned her Master of Arts in Business
                                                Administration from Webster University.  Upon retirement from the military and
                                                returning to her hometown, she was awarded a Masters in Instruction,
                                                Curriculum, and Leadership from the University of Memphis in 2000.




                   Soror Terrice Watson




        Terrice E. Watson, a native Memphian, joined Alpha Kappa Alpha
        Sorority Inc. in the Fall of 1994.  She was initiated in the Mu Epsilon
        Chapter at Christian Brothers University (CBU).  Since graduating from
        CBU with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, she has been an
        active member of Beta Epsilon Omega.  She has served on several
        initiatives of the Chapter including One Million Backpacks, ASCEND
        Program, Hospitality and History Committees.    She has attended
        South Eastern Regional Conferences and Tennessee Clusters.  Terrice
        works for the University of Memphis as the Assistant Controller.  She
        has more than 25 years’ of experience in higher education,
        government and non-profit.
