NAME: Amazake-babaa “Amazake hag”


           DESCRIPTION
           An old woman yokai from the folklore of Miyagi and Aomori
           prefectures.  She comes to the doors of houses at late night ask-
           ing for Amazake in a child-like voice, but if anyone answers
           they fall ill. It was said that to keep her away, a cedar leaf is
           placed in the doorway.

           *GM NOTE: After encounter, number the Illness chart found
           in the Ninja vs. Samurai RPG Player Manual (page 130-131)
           from 1-12.  Player should roll 1D12 to see which illness the                               Points
