服药依从性高，219例患者（占22.0%）的服药依从性中等，614例患者（占61.7%）的服药从性低。对不同依
从性的高血压患者进行特征分析发现，除性别、婚姻状况和家庭人口在不同依从性患者特征中的差异不显
著外，其他特征的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：患者服药依从性不仅受个人一些特征影响，环境

因素、医疗行为和医疗结果等对患者服药依从性也有一定影响，应采用多途径干预，以提高患者服药依
从性。

[Abstract] ObjectiveObjective: To probe into the influencing factors of medication compliance in patients with hypertension,

so as to improve the medication compliance of patients and blood pressure compliance rate,and provide reference for
improving the medication compliance of patients with other chronic diseases. MethodsMethods: Totally 995 patients with
hypertension admitted into inpatient and outpatient department of Zhengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital
and Xinmi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Jul. to Nov. 2018 were extracted as the research objects.The
Chinese version of 8-item Morisky medication compliance scale was used,and Andersen behavior model was used

as the theory to calculate the medication compliance of patients with hypertension in the above two hospitals.The
relationship between various factors and medication compliance in patients with hypertension with different compli-
ance was analyzed. ResultsResults: A total of 995 valid questionnaires were collected from 995 patients with hypertension.
Among them,162 patients (16.3%) had high medication compliance,219 patients (22.0%) had medium medication

compliance,and 614 patients(61.7%) had low medication compliance. The analysis of the characteristics of patients
with hypertension with different compliance indicated that,except for gender,marital status and family population,the
differences in other characteristics were statistically significant (P＜0.05). ConclusionsConclusions: Patients' medication com-
pliance is not only affected by some personal characteristics,environmental factors,medical behavior and medical re-
sults also have impacts on patients' medication compliance. Multiple intervention should be adopted to improve the

medication compliance.
