Frankie was relentless and instrumental in creating awareness and bringing Diversity & Inclusion to life in
Tampa! He created “events in a box” that allowed local D&I champions to launch big awareness campaigns.
Frankie also led the Pride & Allies network, facilitated an off-site function for Military Veterans, and drove the
Multigeneration Network. Frankie shows his commitment to excellence in everything he does.

Sonya’s impact to the business in 2017 was outstanding. She exceeded all her goals by lowering attrition,
meeting net staffing targets, and improved performance and attendance of new-hires overall. Sonya is also on
the Military Honors and Support Community council and helped the site establish a key partnership with the
Association of the United States Army, teaming up to sponsor a very successful 5K run event.
