Melissa Hunt

Melissa was one of the first to transition from Solution Center to TEX, and she asked to support a brand
new TEX community. She is adept at customer escalations and usually the first to sign up for OT during
promotions/launches. She is a solid performer who consistently ranks in the top 50 Account Experts in the
nation.
Kayla Jacoby
Sr Specialist, Executive Response | Albuquerque, NM
Kayla received 3 nominations this year from a VP in Legal Affairs, a Sr. Customer Experience Manager and
one of her peers in ERT. She played a key role in helping customers who were victims of unauthorized account
access while partnering with the Legal and Customer Experience teams. Kayla is consistently ranked a top
performer in ERT, and can be counted on to create exceptional experiences for customers.
Michelle Jalaliddin
Expert, Account Care | Albuquerque, NM
Since joining the Un-Carrier in 2016, Michelle has left her mark on the Albuquerque Jefferson Call Center. As
a member of our Incentive Committee, she is quick to volunteer to help with site events. She contributes to the
site’s morale, is creative, a self-starter, approachable, and drives her teams sales and revenue performance.
Michelle is known for her positive attitude and helpfulness.
